Hi there! I'm Philip, the proud owner of "This Above All". This marks my fourth salon venture, and I've been immersed in the fabulous realm of hairdressing for a remarkable 30 years.
These days, my primary focus revolves around hair cutting and finishing, with a particular flair for Geometric haircuts. To add an extra touch of pizzazz, I have three talented senior stylists in my salon who excel in color and styling. While I do stay updated with the latest trends, my heart always gravitates towards my beloved classical techniques. They hold a special place in my heart, and I absolutely adore them!
Sean Jackson
SALON MANAGER / SENIOR STYLIST
Hello I’m Seán, am hairstylist from Ireland and have always been fascinated by the art of hairdressing, which led me to pursue a career in this field at the age of 19.
I embarked on my hairdressing journey full-time and within just three months of entering the industry, I won my first competition. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, I managed to complete my training in a remarkable two years. Additionally, I have obtained my color masters certificate and become a qualified Extensionsist.
Taking a leap of faith, I made the difficult decision to relocate to Australia, stepping outside of my comfort zone. Looking back, I am immensely grateful for this being able to make that choice as I have fallen head over heels for Australia, its lifestyle, and the incredible people I have encountered along the way.
Hairdressing holds a special place in my heart because it allows me to express myself while simultaneously making others feel good about themselves.
Bronagh Willoughby

Hi, I’m Bronagh — a qualified hair stylist and Wella Colour Expert originally from Ireland, now excited to be starting my journey here in Australia. Hair has always been a huge passion of mine, and I love being able to use my creativity to help clients feel confident and beautiful.
After years of working hands-on in the salon, I’ve developed a strong appreciation for the connection between great hair and self-confidence. I love taking the time to understand each client’s lifestyle and vision, ensuring every look feels effortless, personalised, and truly them.
I specialise in colour and have a strong love for creating personalised, wearable looks using my Wella training and expertise. I’m always keen to learn, stay up to date with the latest trends, and bring fresh ideas to the salon while delivering high-quality results my clients can trust.
Emma O'Keeffe
SENIOR STYLIST
Hi, I’m Emma, a hairstylist from Ireland with over a decade of experience in the hair industry. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong passion for all aspects of hairdressing, including colouring, cutting, and styling, with a particular interest in hair extensions.
I take great pride in being a confident and dedicated professional, always striving to ensure that every client feels their best both during their appointment and after they leave the salon. I have worked with a wide range of professional hair colour brands and have completed extensive training through in-salon education and accredited academy programs.
A key priority of mine is creating a comfortable, professional environment where clients feel at ease discussing their hair concerns and goals. I am committed to listening carefully and providing tailored, high-quality solutions to achieve the best possible results.
I am currently on maternity leave and enjoying this special chapter of motherhood, taking time to recharge before returning to my clients with renewed passion and creativity.
