Hi there! I'm Philip, the proud owner of "This Above All". This marks my fourth salon venture, and I've been immersed in the fabulous realm of hairdressing for a remarkable 30 years.

These days, my primary focus revolves around hair cutting and finishing, with a particular flair for Geometric haircuts. To add an extra touch of pizzazz, I have three talented senior stylists in my salon who excel in color and styling. While I do stay updated with the latest trends, my heart always gravitates towards my beloved classical techniques. They hold a special place in my heart, and I absolutely adore them!

Sean Jackson

SALON MANAGER

Hello I’m Seán, am hairstylist from Ireland and have always been fascinated by the art of hairdressing, which led me to pursue a career in this field at the age of 19.

I embarked on my hairdressing journey full-time and within just three months of entering the industry, I won my first competition. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, I managed to complete my training in a remarkable two years. Additionally, I have obtained my color masters certificate and become a qualified Extensionsist.

Taking a leap of faith, I made the difficult decision to relocate to Australia, stepping outside of my comfort zone. Looking back, I am immensely grateful for this being able to make that choice as I have fallen head over heels for Australia, its lifestyle, and the incredible people I have encountered along the way.

Hairdressing holds a special place in my heart because it allows me to express myself while simultaneously making others feel good about themselves.

Emma O'Keeffe

SENIOR STYLIST

Hi I'm Emma, a hairstylist from Ireland. With over a decade of experience in the hair industry, I have developed a deep passion for all aspects of hairdressing, including colouring, cutting, and styling. Additionally, I have a special love for hair extensions.

As a confident and dedicated professional, my goal is to make every client feel amazing while they are in my chair and even after they leave. I have had the opportunity to work with various brands of hair colours and have received extensive training through in-salon education and academy programs.

One of my top priorities is to create a comfortable environment for my clients to openly discuss their hair concerns and needs. Rest assured, I am here to listen and provide the best possible solutions for your hair.

Chloe Kelly

SENIOR STYLIST

Hi there, I'm Chloe, an experienced Irish hairdresser with over a decade of expertise in the trade. Hair has always been my passion, and I'm grateful to have a job that allows me to unleash my creativity and make people feel beautiful every single day.

Growing up in a family of hairdressers, I was inspired by my mom who successfully ran her own hair salon. It didn't take long for me to realize that hairdressing was my calling too.

I'm particularly enthusiastic about experimenting with different colours and staying up-to-date with the latest hair styles and trends. It's important to me to always be in the know and offer my clients the best and most current options.

While I've been a part of the "This Above All" team for over three years, I recently decided to reduce my hours to a casual position. This is because I have an exciting year and a half ahead with my upcoming wedding. However, I still adore doing hair and cherish the days when I can be in the salon, connecting with clients and making them feel fabulous.
